I work with adults (18+) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, even if they can’t quite explain why. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, or nervous system dysregulation. Some are carrying childhood wounds into adult relationships, while others are moving through major life transitions—becoming a parent, shifting careers, ending relationships, grieving losses, and noticing old patterns or triggers resurfacing. Often, there’s a quiet sense of, “I don’t feel like myself,” or “I know something isn’t working, but I don’t know where it started.” My approach includes anxiety therapy and trauma-focused therapy, gently slowing things down and getting curious about the root. Together, we explore beneath the symptoms, the overwhelm, the reactivity, and the disconnection to understand where these patterns began and how your nervous system learned to cope. From there, real and lasting change becomes possible through virtual individual therapy. You don’t have to have the perfect words for what’s wrong; you just have to know you’re ready for something to feel different.
